What To Expect

Grab your friends and your yoga mat and meet us at Patagonia Nashville for a free yoga session. The class will be guided by Brooke Carlton Welbourn a certified yoga instructor. All skill/experience levels are welcome—good times guaranteed. Join us in building community and connection through yoga!


About your instructor: Brooke is a heart led 500hr+ E-RYT who has taught and studied vinyasa, hatha, restorative, meditation, pranayama, and sound healing throughout Asia and Tennessee. Her aim is to weave together philosophies from the east with ingenuity from the west to create a healing and uplifting environment for all. She believes that when we live in unison with nature’s rhythms, we live in unison with ourselves. - Reach out to Brooke for Flow in the Forest retreat information and private yoga + sound healing classes.

Christa Schoenbrodt

Certified Yoga Instructor

Christa Schoenbrodt is a Nashville yogini and instructor who is also a working artist, graphic designer, and art teacher. She flourishes in a variety of creative methods: computer graphics, printmaking, drawing, painting, sculpture… and yoga!

When she took her very first yoga class in Greece in 1987 at the suggestion of a fellow traveler, that single session opened an extraordinary gateway to a major influence that continues to inform her life’s path in positive ways. A teacher since 2006, Christa draws from an array of traditions and innovations to teach her students how to develop their own dedicated and consistent practice. She brings her students to the meditative qualities of the asana practice while building strength, balance, and awareness of the breath’s impact on prana (life force), knowing that alignment on the yoga mat contributes to alignment and awareness in daily life.
